learning on 8/12/11 and 9/12/11

Hi this post is regarding my learning for my 2 days stay in banglore , i think the source of learning and place is not important , points which i learn is more important. following are the points :

1. make the system transparent to your subordinates , the objective and the points on which your seniors are asking has to go directly to your sub ordinates, as the actual task has to be done by them only. make sure the pressure should be positive and encouraging for them , because the negative touch of it will worsen the situation.

2. To remain in track it is important to look into your targets every 3 days ( this exclude if u r in leave ), and then generate new ideas and out of box thinking to get it done.

3. Impose the work on the people around you such that the pressure on u will decrease , but the followup for the same is necessary.

4. Make system below you so strong such the people above you can not even review your team .

5. Very Important if u commit then do it otherwise dont commit and show your disability, then also if pressure comes then the people above you should come forward and help you .

psychological imbalance

Hi All,
dont't go with the heading yaar, it is bit heavy , but believe me i don't mean that.

This is actually about my experience , see i found in me , may b in u also. some day of my life i actually want to do something great and my confidence is high. But in the other day , it fallen down like anything. This is really difficult to remain same everyday.

But when i was in school life or in college life, the things are more smoother. the effect of outside world is very limited, rather u can say i was in my comfortable zone. but this comfortable zone we can create now also , by fixing my own agenda of the day, the work defined for the day. and all these things should align with the objectives of company.Company U r working for.

Points taken care are:

1. fix your daily agenda

2. fix your weekly agenda

3. fix your monthly agenda.

4. find the persons for the job

5. understand the person fit for the specific job.

6.before assigning the specific job to the specific person the the working cycle for that person has to be clearly defined such that you can easily and enthusiastically put the work or the task given by you.

7. Clearly defined the job to the persons in their language by making them beleiving the core or the requirement and improtance of the task.

8. motivate them by regular review and rewards. immediately.

i think this will work in the current situation.

Apart from this there are regular intervention of outside jobs which u will difficult to manage with the task u defined , but believe here the main course of action comes in action. Do your work along with these extra responsibilities.

My tours

Hello my dear friends , people used to say , person always want to be in his or her comfortable zone, and wants to do their regular routine in comfortable zone . In my life the only problem is the comfortable zone itself is very mobile and variable in nature. so in my view i used to wast 60 % of time productive time in non value adding work , i.e tours. this makes me to work in unofficial times also. and because of this ,it takes My and my families state of mind.

My suggestion to the management team is ,please increase our value adding time such the the desired work can be taken out in defined time interval only.
But if you go through the thoughts of other people , who all are in favour of tours, one point is really very important and can be taken in consideration , i.e. Yes the GEMBA visit for improvements is necessary but in the same time GEMBA visits should be more concise and more project oriented way.

my new world

Hi all,

This is after long time i am writing in my blog, rightly to say, after 2 years exactly. this blog started as design blog , but sorry to say , im now in marketing , which is too far from the reason of this name. see whenever i m not feeling good this is really a good way of writing my feeling and express my thoughts. today really , the content of sorrowness is high , the reasons are several but yes , i accept i am also a good reason for this sorrowness. the onse who loves me still loves me , but their earlier conversation still roaming in my head and making me difficult to understand the fact that yes , my dear the truth , plz accept it ...plz accept . but as beacuse of the combination of my ego , chouvenism, and all other of my problems makes things really difficult for me to accept , i am very weak from inside , but really i am not that bad as people thinks about me.

ergonomics and aesthetics

this is the one of the valuable example , iam sorting from the book i read.
this will explain how a such a tiny concept or observation is effecting the whole system.

did u ever think why the position of brakes and acclerator is arranged in a specific arrangement,i.e brake is always above acclerator pedal? why it is not below acclerator? how much it should be below brake pedal? and how this whole thing is going to effect he respective process?

so here i will giv answer to all the above said question. The brake pedal is above the accleraor because it is very important for the driver to remove his foot from acclerator to apply breake otherwise by mistake he can apply acclerator in the place of brakes if both of them are in the same plane. and also brake can not be below the acclerator because for the proper actuation of brake it is necessary for the exact and full application of brake which is not possible by a short leg span person if it is below acclerator.
the optimum height of the acclerator is 2.5 to 3 cm below the brake pedal.

so through this u can understand the importance of ergonomics which is going to become the most importnt thing for the designing of the vehicles.

quotas are really worthless...........

we were opposing the OBC quotas not because of any irrelevant reason .. this is proved by the result what u can see in most of the newspaper ....

Down the years, IIT deans have faced the brunt of political interventions. When the first batch of IIT-Delhi students graduated, 47 of the 53 reserved category students failed. The dean was summoned. Recalling the meeting with the "big fat man", education minister Nurul Hassan, P V Indiresan said, "He kept his bulky hand on my shoulder and asked me, 'Professor, yeh kya kar diya?' (Professor what have you done?)" Little has changed. Only two months ago, IIT-Delhi was pulled up by the Minorities Commission for asking 20 reserved students to pack their bags because of "very poor performance".


this is really shameful for such a reputed institute to have vacant seat ... which is a great loss to infra and also. to such reputed professors who are compel to teach in half filled class rooms

late comer

this is my new post after looooong time...... i was not busy with anything else but i was bit lazy.
now i am back..... in my old but little but amateur profession yes of course.... writing yaaar
this post is little bit informal in nature but i think it make the concepts more clear....

before writing something i wan to say , i got placed in TVS MOTORS good company regarding R&D and lot of other features.....

in this post i want to express my views in the field of JOBS in core industry
i wan to say all the core engineering guys wait for your core companies and better to there ... it is better option i thinkkkkkkkkk....
