learning on 8/12/11 and 9/12/11

Hi this post is regarding my learning for my 2 days stay in banglore , i think the source of learning and place is not important , points which i learn is more important. following are the points :

1. make the system transparent to your subordinates , the objective and the points on which your seniors are asking has to go directly to your sub ordinates, as the actual task has to be done by them only. make sure the pressure should be positive and encouraging for them , because the negative touch of it will worsen the situation.

2. To remain in track it is important to look into your targets every 3 days ( this exclude if u r in leave ), and then generate new ideas and out of box thinking to get it done.

3. Impose the work on the people around you such that the pressure on u will decrease , but the followup for the same is necessary.

4. Make system below you so strong such the people above you can not even review your team .

5. Very Important if u commit then do it otherwise dont commit and show your disability, then also if pressure comes then the people above you should come forward and help you .
